Wholesale Terms & Conditions. Opening order minimum: $250. Returning order minimum: $200.
Terms: All new accounts must pay before your order ships. Returning accounts in good standing will be given Net 30 accounts. Credit cards or Paypal will be accepted as payment. The shipping cost is the responsibility of the buyer. I will make sure to find the best rate possible between carriers.
Turnover: My turnover time is 4-6 weeks and this time includes shipping. I make every piece by hand. Rush orders will be on a case to case basis and are subject to a 25% additional fee based on the order total before shipping.
Return Policy: I MAKE EACH ITEM INDIVIDUALLY. DUE TO THE HANDMADE PRODUCTION OF THESE ITEMS THEY WILL VARY SLIGHTLY FROM PIECE TO PIECE. I DO MY BEST TO CREATE HIGH QUALITY DINNERWARE AND HOME DECOR. Because my items are handmade I do not accept returns. If you are not happy with the work you received you can contact me to discuss exchanging artwork. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. You must contact me within ten days of receipt of order to receive replacements for broken items.
Internet Minimum Advertised Price Policy:
Effective July 1st, 2020 Gina DeSantis Ceramics has adapted this IMAP Policy applicable to all customers in respect to the customers' advertising of Gina DeSantis Ceramics products on the customers' website, social media, or otherwise over the internet. Gina DeSantis Ceramics customers remain free to establish their own resale prices; however, a customer may not advertise or otherwise promote Gina DeSantis products over the Internet at a net price that is less than the Internet Minimum Advertised Price (IMAP) established by Gina DeSantis Ceramics. Suggested Retail price is (Wholesale Price) x 2; IMAP is (Wholesale Price) x 1.75. For example, a piece that is purchased at wholesale for $20 is suggested to be sold for $40 and cannot be advertised on the Internet for lower than $35. If a customer violates this IMAP policy, Gina DeSantis Ceramics will request the customer to cease advertising or promoting products violation of its IMAP policy. At Gina DeSantis’s discretion, Gina DeSantis Ceramics may cease to accept orders from said customer. All matters of interpretation and application of this policy shall remain solely and unilaterally under the authority of Gina DeSantis.. No one is, has been, or will be authorized to modify or alter this policy, nor to bind Gina DeSantis to any action inconsistent with its terms.
Exclusivity requests: These requests are on a case to case basis. I sell to multiple national retailers including some products I have designed exclusively for particular retailers. Zip code exclusivity is an option for customers placing quarterly orders of $2000 or more. I make exceptions for retailers in smaller cities. I make decisions based on what is best for both my small business and yours. Please contact me with questions.
