Shipping Domestic

All work is shipped via the most cost effective manner for my clients. Shipping includes insurance. All retail items ship within 3-7 days of ordering.

Shipping International

Contact Gina DeSantis at ginadesantisceramics@gmail.com to discuss international shipping rates. 

Returns on Merchandise: All sales are final. 

I must be contacted within 7 days of receipt of items with any issues including damages. Please email photos of damages to ginadesantisceramics@gmail.com so that I can start the claims process and get your replacements sent asap. I must be notified within 7 days of receipt of item or no refunds and exchanges can be issued.

Custom orders:

I take custom orders on a case to case basis. I make a specific style of work and I am happy to consider your project if it fits the scope and aesthetic of what I create.

Shopping in person:

I do not have normal shopping hours. I have a studio not a storefront and most of my time is spent making. Please email me or text me to set up an appointment. If you are picking up artwork the studio is open M/T/W/F 9am-5pm for pick ups. Its best to send me a quick text to make sure. Due to limited staffing and off site appointments sometimes my schedule can change.
