Tall Bottle Wood Ash Glaze

This vase is a sizeable piece crafted from rich brown stoneware clay. Its glaze in salt white glaze and then that was double dipped wood ash glaze with cobalt blue added. Wood ash glazes are meant to be thicker and sometimes even a little "crusty". Its unpredictable making each piece truly a one of a kind piece that can't be duplicated. Snag this while you can! It is watertight. 

Approximate measurements: 10 inches tall x 4.25 inches at the base x 1 inch at the opening x 5 inches at the widest point.
