Affiliate Marketing

All of my work is handmade in Lakewood, OH by me and my amazing team.

• Handmade work varies by nature. All measurements are approximate. All glazes vary pot to pot.
• All work is stamped with my logo. I do not white label my products.

• Minimum order/reorder amount: $200
• New customers: 50% of your order amount is due upfront. The remaining 50% is due when the order ships plus the cost of shipping and handling.
• Returning customers: All customers in good standing will have a Net30 account established.
• ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

• Orders can take 3-8 weeks including shipping based on the needs of your order.
• Rush orders: A 15% charge will be added to the order total to rush it if we are able to do so. If our order queue is large we may not be able to accommodate.

• The shipping cost is typically 10-20% of your order total. We chose the best carrier rate for our customers. We do include insurance in shipping costs.
• Damages: If any pieces arrive damaged contact me within 5 business days of receiving your items and email images to ginadesantisceramics@gmail.com so I can file a claim and send replacements. Any claim after this may be denied for refund or replacement.
• Dropship: I consider drop ship on a case to case basis. Due to the extra work that drop ship makes for my staff Gina DeSantis Ceramics will retain a 70% cut of the product versus the normal 50% mark up. We must also be reimbursed for shipping and packaging costs.

• Sample set up: Samples are at cost to our stockists. No minimum order amount for samples. Logos and custom glazes do have additional costs
• Logo Set Up: The cost varies based on how we are creating the logo. We charge $250 for logo set up and 3 sample products. If an order is placed we will credit your order $100 off the first order because logos are now in place.
• Custom colors: Glaze mixing takes time to perfect color and food safety. This takes time. Custom colors start at $100 per color. We will provide 3 variations of test tiles and then we can provide a sample piece at cost of that particular item in the sample color. Colorants can affect the individual price point of items.
