Refund policy

Customers must contact me within 7 days from receipt of product with any issues. All sales after this window are final. Shipping fees are non-refundable and the customer must pay the cost of return shipping. As of May 14, 2025 there is a 10% restocking fee deducted from returns. Once the item arrives safely then a refund will be processed for the amount of the item minus this fee. If the item arrives damaged I cannot issue a refund. 

If any items arrive damaged please email ginadesantisceramics@gmail.com images and a description of the damage for the claim process within 7 days of receipt of items. I cannot file a claim after this window of time. Once received we can refund the full amount or ship a replacement item if in stock.
